We work Monday through Friday, 7 am to 7 pm on the New York time (7am-7pm EST).

For Europe, it is approximately (depending on where exactly you live) it is 14:00 to 2:00 (+/- 1 hour). 

During these hours we are almost always on Skype and will definitely be able to calculate your order from a U.S. store or respond to your inquiry within an hour, but in most cases –within a couple of minutes.

On Saturdays we have short hours from 9 am to 4 pm (New York time).

On Sundays we are CLOSED. We will not be on Skype, and we will not be able to reply to your e-mails until Monday. We take a break on Sundays, to make sure that the next week we can provide you with excellent service and help you get the goods from the United States at a low price!

Why do we have such a schedule?
Such mode of operation has organically established over the years. This way we can most effectively execute your orders from the United States. This is the same time table that is used by all the services we work with: Customer Service in U.S. stores – here, during these hours we can verify the status of your order or weight of you items, or the availability of your items at the store’s warehouse, and many other issues.  

U.S. Postal Service, shipping companies, Aeroflot customer service and other airlines also operate during these hours.

Even items on sale are easier to order during these hours, because most of local people are at work at this time, and so things on sale do not fly out as fast as in the evenings.
